Bill Snyder, a 2-Time Rebuilder at Kansas State, Retires Again

In 1988, Snyder took over a team that had not won in 27 games and eventually led it to 11 straight bowls. After a three-year retirement, he returned in 2009 to turn the Wildcats around again.
